Our  2025 Spring Meeting convened in the cafeteria of Beech Tree Elementary School at 7 PM on Wednesday, April 9.  The featured guest was our district supervisor, Andres Jimenez, who gave us 90 minutes of his time.  The agenda of the meeting following Andres’s remarks included:

  • Treasurer’s report
  • Neighborhood safety and security
  • Changes to association name and logo
  • Plans for HRVCA activities
  • List of Community Resources (aka Hotshot)
  • Traffic update

The meeting report describes plans for our tradition Stream Valley Clean Up, a new Spring Meet Up and Play Date, White Gardens Work Parties, our National Night Out celebrating our public safety professionals, and a proposed Fall Block Party.  Our next meeting is planned for October.
